First Bridge currently offers:

• Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) – 2 years, for early-career professionals
• Executive Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP-X) – 1 year, for experienced professionals

The PGP is designed for final-year students and graduates with 0–2 years of work experience who want strong management foundations with real industry exposure.

PGP-X is for professionals with 3+ years of experience who want to move into larger roles, leadership positions, or transition into management.

Both PGP and PGP-X are full-time, immersive programs.

It means students work on real company problems, live projects, simulations, and applied studios every term. Learning outcomes include dashboards, strategy decks, financial models, product mockups, and presentations—not just exams.
